Please, please, please take a moment by yourself and imagine a McCain/Palin presidency. As you think about the last 8 years of destruction, depression, and devastation both here and abroad. As you remember how both 2000 and 2004 were close but stolen ultimately by the Republicans who could not stand 8 years of the PEOPLE winning under Clinton.

I want you to imagine all states in the "toss up" category narrowly breaking for McCain right at election day even though tracking polls had Obama up by anywhere from 3 to 5 points in eac despite weeks of slimy negative attacks on Obama by McCain personally.

Think about the questions you would ask then. "What could I have done?", "Why didn't I go canvass my neighborhood to encourage voting?", "WHy didn't I volunteer to get people to the polls?"

We simply HAVE to send a message. We MUST let these ridiculous overly fattened pigs wallowing in their own shit know that we have taken the country back, thank you very much.

What are you doing? What will you do? I know Gore and Kerry were flawed candidates. But they were nothing so bad as their opponents. Now, we have a once in a couple of generations type of leader/candidate. I do not want the slimy, basest of humans to decide this election on race, xenophobia, and character assassination. I promise I will do my part. I didn't do enough in 2004. I will change that this year. But I just cannot stress enough how vocal we all need to be in letters to editors of newspapers who give voice to base attacks. How vocal we need to be to our mothers, brothers, preachers, neighbors if they are on the fence or are slamming Obama. How vocal we need to be to our state officials about protecting every citizen's sacred right to vote...

We must not leave any stone unturned in our fight to slam this one home with only 26 days left.
