33. I think you're right
because last I heard, the Boy King was going to parade out on a runway, a la Miss Texas. And then he would proceed to spout the same horse caca that the beauty pageant contestants spout.

However, I now find myself hoping for this "rising from below" thing, because it would make such perfect sense.
