Setting aside the house of commons, You still have protests in Canada. Boisterous, even loud and obnoxious ones that drown other people out.

In the mean time, I am very very clear on one thing. It is not me and mine who are blocking an actual exchange of ideas or reasoned debate. The event that happened is a result of that lack, not a cause of it. The percent of us here who are active and who care and pay attention are not welcomed. We are shouted down, and when we gather in polite protest, we are ignored in favor of political advertisements, shouting us down in yet another way. This is what we have left. It is not much.
