and it's one that many American's find themselves in. The question is if property tax reform doesn't happen (ie you can't keep that money because you have no kids) then is it not a mistake to inflict even more strain on families trying to get their children the best education possible? There are many areas such as mine where public schools are garbage and the best choice for kids that excel are the charter schools. We should be helping our kids to success as American's and sometimes it stinks for those without any kids because they get taxed anyway. However two parent income houses that are barely getting by in this economy are double burdened because they need to make the choice between giving their child the best education possible or paying the mortgage on their home. This is all why education needs massive reform.
