| 38. This is about Obama's position on the "Born Alive INfant Protection Act" |

It was a bill that required infants to be medically treated even if their birth was the result of an abortion... if they were alive at the point of birth. He voted against it repeatedly. I heard about this a few months ago and posted on it then. I was concerned that the pro-life crowd would make hay with it, but I was pretty much shot down at the time.. even got called a "concern troll"  |
