New York
Vermont
Connecticut
Rhode Island
New Jersey
Maryland
Delaware
Illinois
California
Hawaii
Washington D.C. (not a state but still has EV's)

That's 12 right there. And I'll be damn shocked if he loses Oregon, Washington, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Along with many, many other battleground states he has a great chance of winning.
