25. I don't really like this plea....
and I'm not whining. John Glenn (I'm an Ohioan) paid off his campaign debt in 2006; he ran in 1984. His debt was under $3 million and it took him 22 years to pay if off. Forgive me if I'm not jumping up to write a check for the Clintons.

(I'm not saying it should take you 22 years to pay off campaign debt, I'm just saying many candidates have been worse off -- although it would take me MORE than 22 years to come up with 3 million, I'm sure)....
