19. The lower income people
will be getting larger tax cuts, meaning they have more money to spend. They are the ones more likely to return these savings to the economy. This means the higher income people who benefit from the spending will make more money, and have to pay a larger amount of tax. The net effect is increased tax revenue. This is the reverse of reagonomics, where the wealthy get the big tax breaks and throw the money in the bank, where it does the economy no good at all.
