4. Wrong Battle
Wrong Time.

I give him more credit than to think he really supports this.
A no vote opens him up to charges of being "weak-on-terror" going
into the campaign season.

I can hear the talking heads on Faux Noise 24/7:
"Why did Barack H. Obama vote against FISA? Could it be he is trying
to help his fellow Muslims in the Middle East elude detection when they
call the US."

He is going appear to moderate back towards the (mythical) center for the GE.
If he doesn't piss off the "Left-Left" from time to time he could be
accused of being too far Left himself.

Have some faith that he knows what he is doing
in the long-haul.

This sh^t (and a lot more) can be undone in '09
