It wouldn't have mattered much if the DNC was pulling its weight financially. As of last month, the RNC had over $50M while the DNC had just $4M. http://thehill.com/leading-the-news/rnc-raised-24.4-million-nrcc-struggle-continues-2008-06-20.html

The McCain-RNC $$$ combo is walloping the Obama-DNC $$$ combo.


Thank God Obama wised up and ditched public financing or he would have been really screwed.
