WI: Summary of State Delegate Selection Plan
Party Leaders & Elected Officials (PLEO) Delegates
Delegates
Democrats eligible for PLEO delegates are big city mayors, statewide elected officials, state legislative leaders, state legislators, and other state, county and local elected
officials and party leaders. Candidates for these positions must file a written statement of candidacy and a signed pledge of support for their presidential candidate. These
delegates are allocated to presidential candidates based on the statewide results of the presidential primary or caucus.

It seems that WI Party's statement would contradict Debra Bartoshevich endorsing McCaineyBush.
