and that definition could be applied to just about anyone in varying degrees. It's disingenuine to say it about a person whom your only reference point is what you see on televsion or read about.
NO actual mental health care professional would issue that dx of Hillary based on what she's said or what's been said about her. I would find it hard to believe that someone would actually admit to being a health care practictioner and 'Frist' her like that.
