... that "forcing" Obama to accept Hillary as VP would be perceived as undermining his judgment in choosing a running mate, one more in keeping with the platform he has campaigned on.

With the GE a few months away, they are not about to do anything that would make our nominee look weak, unsure, or unsteady on his feet in the eyes of the voters.
