12. You dont change the rules in the middle of the game to suit your candidate.
If you do they call it CHEATING.

The rules may suck, I agree but the time to change them isnt until the election season is over. Then you sit down and work on it. Dean inherited the rules. He didn't make them. Stop your whining. Its over.
