Cullen Avenue east of the school will be closed to vehicle traffic. The entrance to Harrison's gym is off Cullen. People will not be allowed to stand in line at the door until 4 p.m. Those who attempt to do so before will be asked to leave the premises because security personnel will be doing their last checks of the building, Jackson said. Harrison students wanting to attend the rally will be kept in the school cafeteria from 2:40 p.m., when school dismisses, until 4 p.m., Jackson said. Doors are to open at 5 p.m. Everyone entering the gym will pass through a metal detector, and purses and bags will be searched. Umbrellas and signs will not be allowed. |
