He has always read her like an open book. He was hillary's contribution to the clinton team back in '91. He ruffled alot of feathers within the campaign, close friends and long time supporters of the clintons hated him, but she wanted somebody that would stop at nothing to get him elected and he fit the bill perfectly . He's been obsessed with her ever since, I think the hildebeast left a real impression on him.
