I couldn't find the direct quote, but this certainly shows she said it.

Candidate Clinton in 2004?
Nearly two-thirds of registered voters in New York State take Hillary Clinton at her word to serve her full six-year term in the U.S. Senate and not run for president in 2004. Only 25% of voters statewide think she will seek the presidency this time around. The number of New Yorkers who believe Senator Clinton will stick to her pledge has grown since her election in the fall of 2000. Initially, 51% thought she would serve her full term in the Senate and 40% thought she would enter the 2004 presidential sweepstakes.

Although most Republican voters side with the majority on whether she will serve her full senate term, GOPers are less likely than Democrats to believe her.

Question Wording: Hillary Clinton has stated that she will serve her full six-year term in the U.S. Senate and not run for president in 2004. Do you think Hillary Clinton will run for president in 2004 or serve out her six-year term?
