NCLB is a federal program

the concept was a good idea, why Kennedy took the bait.

Once we get the WH, and hopefully increase majorities... the program will be rewritten to do what it needs to do

And yes, the Education System in the US needs to be revamped... and if I had my way from a policy perspective I'd federalize the whole thing, as in REAL STANDARDS... and bring it in line with WORLD standards... this also means free public education all the way to a bachelors degree and a push for science, history and other subjects

That also means an educated population and that scares the damn pugs to no end
