Which is usually preceded by a dramatic statement, "I'm putting YOU on IGNORE!" --- like it's a 'punishment' that you won't have to interact with a moronic, partisan tool anymore. Then, of course, the same people who ignore you often cannot BEAR being left out of the "fun," and will come back and talk about you, thusly: "Ewww, I can't see what IGNORED is saying, but I'll bet it's STOOPID!" or something along those grammar school lines!

Generally speaking, on DU, it's the refuge of the poor debater here, because this is a moderated forum, with rules.

But if you can't handle it, that IGNORE feature is your friend.
