The contract was initiated in '03... they're dragging their feet but it's going forward... the reason is above... it's the start button, just as Iraq was not the objective... it's just a logistical platform for expanded influence... conflict... Iran... Syria et al.

They round up legal residents in giant sweeps as well... some are illegally deported... they are indefinitely detained...

It's the logistics of population management without judicial restraints

The Lou Dobbs phenomenon is just to soften up the population... diminish public sympathy for the victims of the end game... but the thing is... it's not "them"... it's us.
