Many rural areas are red, so difficult to gauge this time; either not voting or perhaps Clinton. She has many backers on the coast as well, but these areas are less populous. The muslim/flag smears could gain some traction in the red areas, sad to say.

Oregonians tend to be independent-minded, so IMO not a good fit for a mandatory-coverage plan. They like the Constitutional support they're hearing from Obama. Young voters are registering in droves.
