I do not get it.

I try to provide balance. When everyone here goes too far one way--especially when they are all parroting the same nonsense or distortion or outright lie, you had better bet that I am going to write the exact opposite. There are two sides to almost everything.

If this place were full of people calling Obama a Muslim or anti-American I would be arguing with them, too.

I am not going to join some bandwagon, no matter how much peer pressure you apply. That just is not my nature. I have no problem being the lone voice for any cause. For example, in 6th grade, some guy came to my class in public school handing out New Testaments. When he got to me I said out loud so people could hear "No thanks. There is a law against religion in public schools. You should not be here." He went on down the line. There was a Jewish girl in class, she was the only other one who did not take one. I sure was glad I said what I did after she refused one, because it meant that she was not alone.

So, flame away. It just increases my resolve.
