Just as many opted for Clinton prior to their own state's voting.

Could such SDs change after the votes are in? Yes, many have and might continue to do so.

Should such SDs change after the votes are in? That is a decision to be made by each one for whatever reason they choose.

Think that is what Dean is trying to get across, he just wants them to get off the bench and enter the game.
