PA is a Clinton state, so a lot of Dems are expressing hesitation about voting for Obama, so McCain's numbers look stronger. Clinton suffers from the same problem in Obama states, and both candidates are polling lower right now because of the infighting. When we have one candidate, either one (but hopefully Clinton!  ), our numbers will rise as people realize the choice is between McCain and someone else. That someone else will start to look good to everybody about then. Polls are not meaningless, as some try to argue. They are good sources of data. But this far out, they aren't good predictors of the general election. In 92 Bill Clinton was trailing Bush and Perot at this point.
