8. I wouldn't rule out McCain/Giuliani
Rudy was awfully quick to endorse McCain after his own campaign crashed and burned.

McCain/Jeb Bush is another possibility I've considered, but it's too horrible to think about.

Can't see a McCain/Lieberman pairing...I could imagine Lieberman as...no, must get that image out of my mind, quickly...
