54. Stolen property? For God's sake, delegates are not property. They
are free agents selected to represent their fellow voters in either a primary or a caucus and they are free to switch if they want to. Delegates switch at the Conventions all the time based on what is happening at the time. All of us who go to caucus know our delegate has this choice - we select them because we believe they are intelligent enough to make the right decisions. This is not some new move that just came out of the Obama handbook.
