There are plenty of black churches that don't have sermons like the ones Wright has been exposed to have given. There are black church preachers who give more mainstream sermons that aren't as controversial. He's being swiftboated for going to a church that has a controversial, angry preacher.

The problem I have with this is that we do have freedom of speech and religion in this country. I don't know why it matters that Wright is an "angry black man," especially since he has pretty good reasons to be angry. America has damned black people for quite a while, even to this day.
