LOOK at those numbers -- with 78% reporting:
Barack Obama 4,000 58.6%
Hillary Clinton 2,756 40.4

That's a total of 6,756 votes. At 78% reporting, it's more than fair to say that the TOTAL vote in these cacuses won't top 10,000! And delegates will be apportioned. I read elsewhere here that the O-man might pick up at least 2 over Hillary from this little round up of the tumbleweeds.

And to think, in another state at an opposite corner of the country -- as flat and low as as Wyoming is a Rocky Mountain high -- why, in that state,

170 times that number of people voted.

In that particular 1.7 million-strong roar of the vox populi, not a single delegate will be apportioned, thanks to Dr. Dean's Old Testament justice.
