There is no question that Clark remained and remains anti-invasion of Iraq, but there is clear evidence as far back as Sep 03 that he understood the difficult position Democrats were in with regard to the IWR vote that was for the Democrats an effort to restart UN inspections with no resistance from Sadaam Hussein.

I think he should bear some criticism for his statements late in the race as there was some conflict with earlier statements. So he questioned their committment to stopping the invasion, and ending the war, its probably fair criticism in Edwards case, but I didn't think it was on target in Kerry's case.
