Yep, remember how Hillary's campaign posted that memo to be "more pushy"? And people acted as if...
...it wasn't part of the process? It's garbage. Such tactics are *illegal* in both Party Primaries and General Primaries! It is *illegal* to even put up a *campaign button*!
