13. A tax cut for low income single people
ALL working people, a real one. Most of the time 25-30% of workers don't benefit from tax cuts because by the time they deduct their dependents, they don't owe any taxes anyway. Parents can take the EIC, but it's next to nothing for working people. It also might encourage people to not work under the table so we've got more FICA going into the system.
