1. How much will the average uninsured American be required to pay for health insurance?
That is what is missing from both plans.
Both will offer subsidies and low-cost plans, but the difference as far as I see it is: -Hillary mandates that people buy her plan -Obama makes his optional
Given that I don't know how much it will cost people, I side with the optional plan.
