There's a classic Washington article for you. The title is, McCain Defuses Conservatives, and it's careful not to drag the allegations out into full daylight... yet. But the Post's jackals will be back feeding on that carcass sometime soon, you can bet on it.

And in the meantime, except for a touch of schaudenfreude, my conscience is clear.
