28. So why didn't the Clinton supporters file the lawsuit BEFORE
the culinary workers union endorsed Obama? Were they waiting to file because Hillary was in the running for that endorsement and there would have been no problems with the mechanics of the caucus should the union's endorsement of HER washed in?
