congress. She is likening herself to being that strong. She was right in saying it.

and your comment about MIK and the voting rights act completely disregards the thousands upon thousands of protesters from the 1940's through the 1960s who pushed the Civil Rights Movement. Fannie Lou Hamer , Prathia Hall, Ella Baker, The Women's Council In Montgomery.

It was the people who made the MOVEMENT happen.

LBJ made the legislation happen.

Hillary was correct in her statement. My how Critical Thinking really has left the USA. (At least it seems to have left DU)

It's this type of spin that damages our discourse. Similar to "There you go again." (Do you know who spoke that famous line which led to 12 years of religious right republicanism?
