David Brooks: Karl Rove & Bush trust legacy to Hillary.
Advertisements [?]
I am watching "Tim Russert" on MSNBC right now, and the topic of Karl Rove's most recent hit piece on Obama came up. The topic of the reason for that was briefly discussed, then Tim questioned if it was because Rove wanted a Republican to run against Hillary. David Brooks disagreed. He said that he believes the Bush Administration would rather trust Hillary on their legacy than Obama and probably most of the Republicans. He said that the Bush Administration feels that she can be trusted on National Security issues and the war in Iraq.
