bona fide progressive Duer who said she might not even vote, just to see the country brought to its knees and the Republicans totally, definitively discredited. Simply because of the DINOs still thwarting the bona fide Democratic party. Trouble is, it's a luxury most people (who are not already homeless or dying of medical neglect) could not afford even in the short term, living so close to unemployment and economic ruin.
Now, however, such a dire "loss leader" ploy no longer seems necessary, in any case. The Republicans have already brought the country to the brink of economic ruin - a brink moreover leading to a descent which can no longer be avoided, by the look of it. Cartoon characters may run over the edge of a cliff and backtrack in a hurry, but not the rest of us.
Your framing of the matter, however, imo, provides a brilliant focus on the sovereign priority and the explanation of the need for its thoroughgoing prioritisation: a total rout of the Republicans at the polls; a total massacre. Without it, the power of the MSM will remain bent on its current sinister ends, more perjurious now than ever before. Every effort must be made to make it even harder for the Republicans to subvert the elections results than the last time, when the landslide Democratic win was again denied them. Your posts are always an education. Thank you.
