He's the only candidate who can energize the fundies for one more try. He's also likely to accept the type of advisers who have completely wrecked the economy for working people.

Why could he win? He could win if the Democratic Party doesn't come to its senses and start to play to its own base instead of to non religious Repugs, those mythical swing voters the DLC thinks are the key to winning elections.

Wake up, guys! They play to their base and do very well. You have avoided playing to yours since Clinton won by pretending to be an economic populist, and elections have been close enough to steal.

If "President Huckabee" doesn't scare them into changing their ways, we need to foment a real revolution in our party.
