Which is the basis of Hillary's entire attack against Obama. Anybody who has ever had to live on a paycheck that barely covers the basics knows why. It doesn't take an economist. Hillary saying her mandate will provide 100% coverage means she's either stupid or lying.
Hillary's plan doesn't even provide sliding scale subsidies. People would be in worse shape because they would have to pay full price for insurance and wait until the end of the year for tax credit. What do you think is going to happen to these same people when they do have to pay those expensive premiums?
