19. ON Chris Matthews, Biden talked again about bringing together the constitutional
experts and will be presenting the findings to the senate the prove that Bush can NOT legally declare this war.

The more I think about it, the more I DO believe this may have been a result of Biden's very public and repeated statements about Impeachment.

I don't think Bush would have suffered this humiliation if his goal was merely to leave a peacemaker legacy. I think he only would have presented this if something SCARED him into it.

If he did attempt it and Impeachment proceedings were begun, there is a LOT of other stuff that could come out that could be even more damaging to these people. Treason type things. So I'm guessing they decided to fall on the sword, to make up a lame cover story about the intel agencies having to analyze the data for months, and say he only received it the other day. Hope for the best, hope the Impeachment cry dies down, and stay out of jail. Better a humiliation than deep shame brought to the sterling Bush family name.

If this scenario is close to the truth, the country and the world(!) owe Joe Biden a huge Thank You.
