5. Being A Democratic Senator
from a very Red state is an amazing feat unto itself.
You think he should have voted like a solidly Blue state
Senator whose liberal constituents expect liberal votes ?
You think just maybe he was mostly voting the way his
conservative constituents expected him to? You know,
representing them?

And yes, people can go through profound transformations, especially
after experiencing major life events.
Suffering a huge loss (04) can get you to reexamine your entire life.
Facing a major illness in the family (his wife's cancer or the death of a child) can suddenly
make one focus on what's really important in life.

In your own Kabbalah is not the process of "Eldering" a
major life changing process brought about by just such an event?
