Obama wants the American people to be part of the political process. He wants to get rid of the imperial style of GWB and of the "I don't answer hypotheticals" (in other words, "I won't tell people what I really think") crowd. Barack believes in the core decency of the American people and in the possibility of making real social change in this country by inspiring them to work together for our betterment.

Obama believes that change goes beyond the closed spaces of the Oval Office. How come you can compare Obama's message to what Bush has been doing for the last 7 years or so? Bush has not done anything that resembles what Obama is, and that's actually the problem.
