48. Well, my eyes just opened a little more...
I guess that's what I get for not having much time to read DU and the blogs. Didn't realize the depth of your posts, either, particularly on the dream Al Gore in 1998 for a global watch from space- This has been validated by science, no less. I'm thinking after just NOW having read about the brainchild project. A project forwarning about our globe was beaten down by a Republican majority (and by their silence, Democrats, too)

The Triana Project.

Did you get flack for talking about this? No, I have never read about this.

By this time, we could have been informed from clues a million miles above our earth. These are clues from a trashed NASA project that would have been worthy of restoring astronauts reputations, rather than reading headllines about love triangles in diapers.

A million miles up in space where the gravitational pull is equal from Sun to Earth, we might be looking at our entire earth 24/7 and be ten times as informed.

Do I hold out hope that we will get our act together in time regarding our planet?

Jesus... what a question.
