And if a judge does not recuse themselves there are penalties. Of course it requires someone knowing that a judge has a conflict and exposes that judge.

I was involved in a case and the judge made a statement that he knew the opposing party and her family and the problems she has had in her life. My attorney didn't do anything. Later I told him that the judge should be recused because of the conflict of interest. Got a different judge.

My attorney didn't do anything. I practically had to educate the worthless nimwit.
