131. Nope, and once again, I have evidence to shred your silly claims.

"WASHINGTON -- Newly uncovered documents from both American and Polish archives show that President John F. Kennedy and the Soviet Union secretly sought ways to find a diplomatic settlement to the war in Vietnam, starting three years before the United States sent combat troops."

In addition, I myself have two books sitting on my desk which go into great detail about this matter. One is "JFK And Vietnam" by John M. Newman. The other is "John F. Kennedy: An Unfinished Life" by Robert Dallek.

Here are excerpts from "An Unfinished Life", which is more than you've ever provided for me on your Roosevelt biographies:

"On October 31, during a news conference, Kennedy himself acknowledged the plan to remove one thousand troops from Vietnam before the end of the year. 'If we are able to do that', he said, 'that would be our schedule.'" - p. 680

"On November 21, the day he was leaving for Texas, Kennedy told Mike Forrestal that at the start of 1964 he wanted him 'to organize an in-depth study of every possible option we've got in Vietnam, including how to get out of there." - p. 685-686
