I feel that we should have been involved in WWII LONG before Pearl Harbor. Maybe 6 million Jews wouldn't have been extinguished in the Holocaust. Are you seriously suggesting we should have remained neutral?

Nowhere in the Constitution does it specify how many justices must be on the SCOTUS. I don't approve of FDR's scheme, but it's not on the same level as Bush's flagrant lawbreaking.
