2. He lied about "grave danger"
in his required declaration. That's the impeachable offense. He took the IWR and lied about the WMD in Iraq in order to meet the danger requirement in the IWR. In addition, the IWR never authorized freeing anybody, so "Operation Iraqi Freedom" was always illegal. I've said that almost since the day we invaded.

Not to mention, if the military had NO strategy to secure any WMD sites, that could only be because they knew there weren't any. Bush simply can't say these WMD sites were a grave enough danger to invade, and then not have a military strategy to send in Special Ops to secure ANY of them. I still can't believe nobody has picked up on that, all these years later.
