Governor Dean is not a big believer of pampering Republicans, but he believes in using proper tactics at the right time. They are building their cases. And he is right, right now if we impeach we get Cheney.

Well when the time comes where we don't have to worry about getting Cheney, it'll be too damn late to impeach Bush. Time is of the essence.
