the Democrats should not over play their hand in investigating Bushco crimes. Do you suppose this is attributable to a genuine concern for the prospects of Democrats or a craven strategy to keep concealed how complicit the news media has been during the most corrupt regime in living memory? I know what conclusion is inescapable. The Broders, Russerts, Hume's, Friedman's and Millers have actively promoted this band of incompetent thieves while turning a blind eye to their lies and failures. I remember no admonitions from Broder that the RW should be even handed in its quest to impeach Clinton.
The Libby trial revealed to large segments of the American people just how cozy the RW and the corporate media have become. The purge gate hearings will provide further evidence on how the supposed watchdog for the public interest has been derelict in its duties of informing the public. For all the pompous nay saying about the LAW blocs, it is TOM and FD which have led the way in revealing what is going on right under the news medias' noses.
