22. Cheney was connected to Cunningham who was prosecuted by Lam
Cheney was dealing with a phoney company MZM and it was suppose to be a contractor. Cheney gave them 41,000.00 which is the exact price of the boat the contractor paid for the Boat for Cunningham and he was prosecuted by Carol Lam.

They have alot of the information about it.
